Support Graham employees onsite in Calgary through desktop troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 expertise, and responsive first-line technical service. This three-month contract requires four onsite days weekly.

Procom is seeking an IT Services Analyst for a construction client’s corporate offices and project sites. You will resolve incidents and requests across Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, networking, and business applications. The assignment starts as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Prioritize tickets and escalate complex technical issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 and business applications
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in computer science or related discipline
  • Two or more years in service desk or technical support
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint
  • Fundamental knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, and connectivity
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
