IT Services Engineer: 1st/2nd Line Support, On‑Site

National Star is seeking an IT Services Engineer to join our campus-based team in Cheltenham. The role focuses on first/second line technical support, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, and delivering reliable IT services across staff, learners, residents, and visitors.

You will maintain Windows and Office desktop environments, support AV and events, and contribute to service desk operations with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
