IT Services Engineer - 1st/2nd Line Support, Onsite

National Star College is seeking an IT Services Engineer to support the maintenance and development of IT Services at our Ullenwood campus near Cheltenham. You will join a dedicated IT Services Team delivering reliable, secure technology.

The role provides first- and second-line technical support for staff, learners, residents and remote workers, covering Windows, networking and AV systems, with a proactive, customer‑focused approach to incident resolution and service improvements.
