Overview

As IT Solutions Engineer at Arm, you will lead the end-user technology experience, focusing on collaboration and workplace tools. You’ll evaluate trends, research new tech, and partner with teams to improve tools and processes. You’ll help design and adopt solutions across Zoom, Slack, Microsoft and other platforms, impacting how colleagues work and communicate. This role offers cross-functional impact, from onboarding new tools to enhancing adoption and supporting a hybrid, high-performance workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical delivery for communication and workplace tools; optimize user experience for colleagues
  • Test, onboard, and integrate new tools with existing systems
  • Collaborate on office designs and develop internal apps
  • Work with partners and suppliers to support projects and improve service
  • Analyze adoption data to improve tool usage and reliability
Key requirements
  • Deep Zoom expertise including AI, integrations, apps and agents
  • Strong AV equipment know-how and improving uptime
  • Experience developing Slack apps and Slack API integrations
  • Experience leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem to integrate and automate
  • Collaborating with colleagues, technical teams and suppliers on projects and support
