IT Specialist Engineer – 1st/2nd Line Support, Share Scheme

Flotek Group is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-focused 1st Line IT Helpdesk professional in the Plymouth area. You will handle inbound partner calls for technical assistance, triage issues for first-contact resolution and, when needed, escalate to the engineering team with complete information.

Responsibilities include resolving tickets, meeting SLAs, and occasionally visiting partner sites for complex issues.
