Overview
As IT Strategic Enterprise Architect, you will shape the global enterprise architecture to simplify and connect Ipsen’s digital ecosystem. You’ll translate business ambition into an actionable blueprint, guiding senior leaders on build/buy/modernise decisions. You’ll unify domain and solution views, reduce duplication, and drive multi-year transformation with a focus on value and employee experience. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, technology and transformation.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the enterprise application and capability blueprint to show current and target states
- Identify duplication, fragmentation and gaps across the application landscape and provide fact-based recommendations
- Shape multi-year transformation roadmaps balancing ambition, value, risk and delivery capacity
- Coach and align a federated community of architects to ensure consistent enterprise thinking
- Champion experience-led architecture to improve the employee experience across the value chain
- Enterprise Architecture experience in a complex, federated IT environment
- Understanding of application landscapes, integration patterns, digital platforms and capability-based planning
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, visual, executable roadmaps for senior leaders
- Confident facilitator and trusted advisor able to influence IT and business stakeholders without direct authority
