IT Support Analyst Toronto

Support DealMaker’s Toronto office through IT troubleshooting and ticket ownership. Work across Mac, Windows, Google Workspace, and enterprise tools daily.

As an early-career IT Analyst, you will serve as DealMaker’s first contact for day-to-day technology requests. You will support IT operations while building experience in security and compliance. The role includes documentation, automation, and guided exposure to audit-ready practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the IT ticket queue and respond to requests
• Troubleshoot Mac, Windows, and office infrastructure issues
• Maintain documentation for repeatable, auditable IT work
• Automate recurring tasks to reduce errors and manual effort
• Support security and compliance requests with guidance

Requirements:

• Early-career help desk, IT support, co-op, or internship experience
• Comfort troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and Google Workspace
• Understanding of Python, Bash, or PowerShell automation
• Strong written communication and consistent documentation habits
• Ability to work from DealMaker’s Toronto office
