Overview

In this IT Support Consultant role, you will deliver end-user IT support while ensuring projects meet business requirements. You’ll promote MS 365, RPA, and new technologies, and help customers enhance IT/DX literacy. You’ll manage vendor relationships and coordinate with HQ and international users. This position combines hands-on support with project planning and training to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead IT/DX projects through planning and implementation lifecycle
  • Provide day-to-day IT/DX support and respond to requests
  • Clarify customer IT/DX needs and define project scope, timelines, and resources
  • Assist in testing (UAT) and validate proofs-of-concept
  • Coordinate with HQ and office users in English/Japanese
  • Promote and verify MS 365, RPA, and new technologies with customers
  • Manage IT vendors/partners and related negotiations
  • Support system maintenance and training materials for DX literacy initiatives
Key requirements
  • 5+ years IT experience in a corporate environment
  • 1–3 years in system development and maintenance (preferred)
  • Strong MS 365 knowledge (SharePoint Online, MS Teams)
  • Experience with IT vendors management and negotiations
  • Customer/user support experience
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (reading/writing/speaking)
  • Experience with UX/DX or digital transformation projects (preferred)
  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure, UiPath RPA, SAP ERP, Excel VBA, Access (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Adaptability in fast-changing environment
  • Self-motivation and innovative mindset
