IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer in an MSP, you will deliver frontline service desk support to internal users and clients, resolving incidents and requests across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments. You will maintain OS and antivirus updates, uphold IT policies and security standards, and manage backups with hands-on documentation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user satisfaction and knowledge sharing, while pursuing funded certifications to advance your technical capabilities. This role offers exposure to a dynamic service delivery environment and meaningful impact on client IT operations.

• Salary up to 32,000

• Monitor the logging system and phone queue for incidents
• Provide 1st & 2nd line support for IT incidents and requests
• Perform routine maintenance and OS/antivirus updates
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
• Assist with data retrieval and backup management (onsite or cloud)
• Establish and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, knowledge articles)
