It Support Engineer

I'm currently recruiting for an Internal IT Support Engineer to join a specialist technology consultancy based in central London.

This is a good opportunity for someone with around 2-4 years' IT support experience who wants to move beyond basic service desk work and take more ownership across internal IT, security and infrastructure.

The Role

• Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Entra ID / Active Directory
• Intune and endpoint management
• Laptop builds and deployments
• User onboarding / offboarding
• Patching and vulnerability management
• Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus
• Security and compliance
• Internal networking and Wi-Fi
• Hardware and infrastructure projects
• IT documentation and asset management

What They're Looking For

• 1st / 2nd Line IT Support
• Microsoft 365
• Entra ID / Active Directory
• Intune
• Endpoint patching
• Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus
• Basic networking
• Troubleshooting Windows devices
• Taking ownership of internal IT issues

Experience supporting Cyber Essentials Plus compliance would be particularly valuable.
