IT Support Engineer — Hybrid, First-Contact Tech Help

Ride Shotgun, Leeds-based hybrid agency, seeks an IT Support Engineer to maintain day-to-day IT for our global teams. You’ll be the first point of contact, solving issues with a “fix it once” mindset for Apple and Windows users.

You’ll monitor servers and networked devices, manage onboarding/offboarding via cloud services, install patches, and help keep security strong across sites. The role is hybrid (Leeds office) with occasional travel.
