In this role, you will deliver on-site IT support to Amazon’s corporate employees, ensuring laptops, servers and websites operate reliably. You’ll troubleshoot diverse hardware and software issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime. You act as a trusted advisor, mentoring peers and guiding escalations, while aligning with IT standards and change processes. Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site, high-quality hands-on support diagnosing and resolving issues; analyze logs to assess system health
  • Provide on-call support for high-severity incidents and serve as escalation point
  • Triage and escalate system or network outages to minimise downtime
  • Execute change management activities in a high-availability environment
  • Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on continuous improvement projects and operational excellence
  • Manage IT asset inventories and oversee hardware lifecycle
  • Participate in hiring, training, and mentoring peers
  • Continuously expand skills and stay updated with IT policies and technologies
Key requirements
  • 2+ years of technical experience in a corporate environment supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux
  • 2+ years of experience with DNS, DHCP, OSI Model and TCP/IP
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
  • 2+ years of experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
  • Occasional travel as needed
  • Proficient in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent
  • Excellent customer-facing skills

  • Active Directory and Windows Server backup solutions (preferred)
