IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer Customer-Facing

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT engineer to join an international MSP delivering IT support and infrastructure services. You will resolve technical issues, work with customers on-site or remotely, and manage incidents through a Service Desk system.

The role requires strong knowledge of cyber security standards, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and network infrastructure, with a focus on delivering reliable IT environments and excellent customer service.
