As IT Lead at Lendable, you will guide the IT team to sustain rapid growth and deliver high-quality service. You collaborate with Security and Engineering to provide best-in-class user experiences and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of IT to lead and support the IT team, managing day-to-day operations and workload distribution
  • Set strategic IT direction aligned to business growth goals
  • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues with focus on user satisfaction
  • Ensure consistent support across Windows, MacOS, Linux, mobile devices, and office equipment
  • Develop and implement IT standards, knowledge base, and training resources
  • Drive continuous IT workflow improvements through automation and process optimization
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding for new joiners across multiple UK and international locations
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Engineering to maintain uptime, reliability, and data protection
  • Select, configure, and manage ITSM/ticketing systems and report support metrics
  • Support office and remote working technology and promote innovation and accountability
  • Lead initiatives to improve IT operations and security posture
Key requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years in IT Support/IT Systems/Service Desk environments
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, or Kandji
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Proven coaching abilities for high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Experience implementing and optimizing ITSM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk) within scaling organisations
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills with computers (MacOS) and mobile devices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of security protocols and threat mitigation strategies
  • Willingness to travel to Kent and London as needed
