IT Support Pro (L1–L2) – Swindon

Quality Start in Swindon is seeking an IT Support professional for Level 1 and Level 2 duties. The role involves end-user support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and working on IT solutions across the business.

The position is site-based with standard daytime shifts (7:30–16:00, 8:00–16:30, or 8:30–17:00) and requires a degree in CS or related field; MCP/MCSE certification is desirable. On-call duties apply, with a 12-month contract possibility.
