Overview

In this hands-on IT Support Specialist role, you’ll join a lean London IT team to manage end-user support, core systems, and access across a primarily macOS environment. You’ll contribute to internal tooling and play a key part in onboarding, security, and AV support for hybrid office and live-event workflows. You’ll work cross-functionally to keep systems reliable while enabling rapid, secure access for teammates. This role combines hands-on support with opportunities to shape tooling and automation in a dynamic entertainment company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote end-user support
  • Administer core IT systems (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Jira, etc.)
  • Manage access and devices across macOS environments
  • Contribute to internal tooling projects
  • Manage macOS devices via Kandji MDM (deployments, policies, OpenVPN)
  • Gatekeep onboarding/offboarding, SSO, and permissions
  • Provide AV support for meeting rooms and office spaces
  • Support Slack and Jira IT requests, triage and resolve issues
  • Document runbooks, processes, and internal guides
  • Support 25 Windows devices via Intune alongside macOS
  • Leverage platforms to automate common requests to reduce toil
Key requirements
  • Solid macOS software/hardware support
  • Experience with MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or similar)
  • Identity and access management (Google Workspace, SSO, SaaS platforms)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Organised and dependable
  • Self-starter with ownership mentality
