IT Support Specialist

Salary: $110,000 - 150,000 per year

• At least two years of experience in the area of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach

• Respond promptly to support requests received by phone, email, or ticketing system
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity issues
• Guide end-users in using IT systems, applications, and tools
• Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams or vendors for further investigation and resolution
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Work with other IT team members to implement solutions and improvements
• Record support activities, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
• Help develop knowledge base articles and user guides
