IT Support Specialist Azure Microsoft 365

Support users and manage Microsoft technologies as an IT Support Specialist at Western Alliance Logistics, working full-time on-site in Kirkland, QC.

This position combines everyday support with long-term infrastructure management. You will troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and internal applications. You will also administer Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, accounts, licenses, and access for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and applications
• Set up employee devices and manage onboarding, offboarding, and returns
• Administer Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Maintain backup servers and verify recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPNs

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of IT support or help desk experience
• Hands-on Windows, Microsoft 365, and device setup experience
• Strong Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 experience
• Knowledge of Windows Server and physical backup systems
• Comfort managing accounts, permissions, and access
