IT Support Specialist - Law Firm (First‑Line Tech)

Miller Thomson LLP is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in any Ontario office. The role provides first-line technical support to lawyers, legal assistants, and professionals, handling incidents and service requests with a strong focus on customer service.

The position covers First Line Technical Support, Incident Management, and User Support across our Vaughan, London, and other Ontario offices.
