IT Support Specialist Microsoft 365

Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and network systems as an IT Support Specialist based in Concord or Vaughan. Provide hands-on technical assistance across six Canadian locations.

This full-time IT Support Specialist delivers Level 1 and Level 2 support for employees across six locations. The work includes Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Windows, user accounts, and hardware troubleshooting. You will also support remote users and business-critical transportation and dispatch applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Resolve Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and application issues
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, accounts, devices, and system access
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and user administration
• Monitor systems and coordinate external IT vendors when necessary

Requirements:

• Four or more years of IT support experience
• Strong Windows, PC, laptop, and office equipment troubleshooting experience
• Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and account management experience
• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call support
