IT Support Team Lead – 2nd Line, Automation & Cloud

Alpine F1 Team in Enstone is seeking an IT Technical Support Team Leader to run the 2nd Line Service Desk, drive performance, and mentor the team across on-site servers, clients and cloud resources.

You will own incident management, coordinate workloads, and collaborate with IT Operations to deliver IT initiatives while maintaining high standards, security, and customer service. Strong AD, Intune, Azure, VMware skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are required.
