IT Support Team Lead — Internal Tools & Infra

Proton Technologies AG is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the internal IT team and oversee multi‑platform system administration. You will drive strategic plans, manage a distributed 3–5 person team, and improve processes aligning IT with business goals.

You will design and implement internal tools, manage on‑premises infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering, security, and other departments to deliver measurable ROI. Hybrid work in London is offered.
