Outsource UK is looking to recruit a Bilingual (English/Spanish) IT Support Engineer to work for a leading bulk storage organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent.
As an IT Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues across the business have reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. From supporting end users and maintaining hardware to managing Microsoft technologies and improving IT processes, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operation
You'll ideally have experience with IT support within a corporate or business environment Microsoft Windows operating systems Active Directory administration Desktop, laptop and peripheral support Networking fundamentals Mobile device support Microsoft 365 technologies Bilingual Spanish/English required You'll also need Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive, organised approach to managing workload The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other sites when required.
