It Support Technician

IT Support / Systems Configuration - Clinical Systems / Electronic Patient Records (NHS role)

37.5 hours per week

Hybrid : Mostly remote working - work from the office about one day per month, although this may vary depending on work requirements or project needs. Support may involve floorwalking for a project or providing assistance remotely. You may also be required to travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. For this reason, you must live within 1-2 hours of Southampton

Requirements

· Knowledge of clinical applications and technical digital solutions.

· Experience in application support.

· Experience of supporting and configuring Electronic Patient Record system (EPRs).

Role

Responsible for delivering 2nd line support services for clinical and corporate information applications managed by Digital. This includes support and resolution for incidents, requests and problems for Electronic Patient Record (EPR) applications to deliver a high-quality, secure, and efficient application service.
