Support dental technology across Quebec as an IT Support Technician in Brossard, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, hardware, and network issues. Work in-office on rotation, remotely otherwise.

123Dentist seeks an IT Support Technician for its Quebec IT team. Support clinics, laboratories, and corporate offices while coordinating with national IT teams. The work includes Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Fortinet, and VoIP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users across supported locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, workstation, peripheral, and application issues
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT equipment
• Manage support tickets through documented resolution and follow-up
• Protect PII and PHI through required security procedures

Requirements:

• French spoken and written proficiency required
• English spoken and written proficiency for daily communication
• DEC or AEC in IT support required
• Three to five years of relevant IT support experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID
