Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join the Office Systems team. The role delivers first-level customer service and technical support to employees and external clients, handling a range of IT issues across hardware, software, and networks.

The successful candidate will document incidents, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and help improve service delivery. Onsite shift work is required with 10-hour rotations on a 4-on, 3-off cycle.
