IT Support Technician II Laval

Support Altasciences users in Laval with Windows troubleshooting, hardware setup, and helpdesk service at an on-site location. Communicate in French and English while resolving technical issues.

As an IT Technician II, you will support computers, telephones, software, laptops, mobile phones, and user accounts. You will track requests through the automated Helpdesk System and IT Service Management system. The position also supports junior technicians and escalates issues when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve questions received by phone and email
• Document incidents, calls, issues, and solutions
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, profiles, email, and user accounts
• Prepare computers and validated systems with software
• Coach junior technicians and support team projects

Requirements:

• College degree in an IT-related program
• Minimum three years of related experience
• French and English communication skills
• Windows 10/11 and Cisco Phone Equipment knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
