IT Support Technician Toronto

Deliver hands-on IT support in Toronto using Windows, Mac, mobile devices, and productivity tools. Work full time on-site at 26 Wellington Street East.

As an IT Technician with iA Financial Group, you will support employees through the Toronto IT Service Desk. You will assess needs, provide guidance, diagnose technical issues, and manage workplace technology. The position combines customer service, hardware support, service management tools, and audiovisual assistance for corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome users and assess their IT support needs
• Diagnose issues and provide timely technical resolutions
• Install and configure workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Maintain inventory, asset records, and technical documentation
• Support audiovisual equipment for corporate events

Requirements:

• Two to five years of IT support experience
• College diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS environments
• Strong workplace productivity tools and application proficiency
• Advanced English; French knowledge is an asset
