IT Systems Administrator

In this role you will own and manage a modern Microsoft environment within a growing fintech, collaborating with senior stakeholders to strengthen security and infrastructure. You will drive hybrid cloud work across Microsoft 365, Azure and on‑prem networks while supporting end-user devices and IT services. The position offers visibility, cross‑team impact, and opportunities to lead security initiatives and AI adoption. Your ownership will shape a scalable, secure IT estate aligned with the business’s growth.

• Own and develop the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
• Manage end-user devices, networking and security; provide IT support
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders; drive security and infrastructure improvements
• Support ISO 27001 initiatives and strengthen cyber security
• Help drive AI adoption across the business
• Gain exposure to AWS infrastructure and related technologies
• Work on a broad range of infrastructure, networking and end-user technologies
