IT Systems Administrator: SLA-Driven Desk & Network Support

DYWIDAG is seeking an IT System Administrator based in the UK (Southam area) to provide desktop and systems support for UK users and factory systems. You will work with IT Managers to develop and maintain structured SLA agreements and drive adoption of the Global Service Desk.

The role emphasizes timely incident handling, AD maintenance, O365 upkeep, and ongoing process improvements to ensure secure, reliable IT services across the business.
