IT Systems Engineer: ATM & Data Reporting

NCR Atleos in Dundee is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage and optimise the Business-Critical ATM Dispatch service, currently running on FiServ Device Manager with a planned migration to Vision. You will diagnose faults, maintain performance reports via SSRS and Power BI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong Windows Server and SQL Server skills, experience with Splunk, and the ability to respond quickly while communicating clearly with stakeholders.
