IT Systems Integration Specialist

Support hardware, software, and business systems onsite across a growing family-owned organization based on the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation. Improve technology coordination while building practical infrastructure.

As an IT and Systems Integration Specialist, you will provide hands-on support across multiple small business entities. You will troubleshoot connectivity, accounts, devices, and systems while coordinating with external providers. The work also includes process improvement, software integration, and technology project support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technology support across all business entities
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues
• Coordinate technology setup and access for employees
• Review workflows and identify integration opportunities
• Support point-of-sale, inventory, and operational systems

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum three years of small business IT experience
• Experience administering software, licences, subscriptions, and technology assets
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between locations
