IT Systems Integrations Manager

Lead IT integrations and automation at Clio while shaping technical standards with Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD expertise across Canada.

As Manager, IT Systems, you will lead integration and automation engineers and own their technical roadmap. You will guide integrations, automation pipelines, SaaS administration, and reliable service delivery. The role is available across Canada, excluding Quebec, with Burnaby, Calgary, and Toronto hub employees attending office two days weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the integrations and automation technical roadmap
• Translate organizational bottlenecks into scoped automation projects
• Set standards for GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD
• Guide complex SaaS and internal service integrations
• Lead, hire, coach, and develop engineers

Requirements:

• Technical people management experience leading systems or integration engineers
• Hands-on IT systems engineering or development background
• Familiarity with FleetDM, Kandji, InTune, and endpoint management
• Experience with Workato, Terraform, AWS, GitHub Actions, or Buildkite
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
