IT & Systems Lead – Law Firm Tech & Process Optimizer

Newcastle upon Tyne Law Firm is seeking an IT & Systems Lead to oversee day-to-day IT operations across Newcastle and Leeds offices. The role combines IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, and business systems management to improve efficiency and user experience.

You will manage partnerships with external IT suppliers, drive upgrades, automation and cybersecurity efforts, and provide training to staff. Regular travel between Newcastle and Leeds is required.
