IT Systems Specialist — People-First Tech Support

O'Dell HVAC Group is seeking an IT Specialist to support and maintain our technology infrastructure across Canada. You will provide hands-on IT operations, system administration, and project assistance to ensure secure and efficient business systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support onboarding/offboarding, manage access, and help drive IT process improvements while maintaining security standards. Travel to other office locations is expected.
