Overview
In this IT Systems Support role, you ensure reliable IT support for the Derby site and act as a trusted contact for customers and stakeholders. You’ll keep and improve site applications, collaborate with operational teams, and align IT services with current and future business needs. Your work supports site performance and incident response in a dynamic logistics environment. This role offers impact through IT-enabled operations and cross-functional partnerships.

- Maintain and support existing applications; develop reporting tools to analyse performance and identify improvements
- Coordinate central IT functions with site operations; liaise with cross-team colleagues
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT queries from business teams and external customers
- Provide end-user IT service and act as site IT SME to enable effective IT usage
- Contribute to IT delivery at the site and ensure compliance with IT standards
- Experience in a similar IT role with DHL business systems
- Experience in the logistics industry with IT
- Strong desire to learn and enthusiasm for IT
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan ACTIVE preferred; Blue Yonder also acceptable)
- Knowledge of Warehouse Control Systems (desirable)
- Planning and organising abilities
