RiseMe in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Technical Support Analyst Tier 2 to support the UCW IT Team, ensuring high availability of network resources for staff, students, and faculty. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, manage the Help Desk environment, and guide new staff and students on campus.

You will administer Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, Azure, and related IT systems, document issues, and provide on-site classroom/event support.
