As IT Team Leader at Motorway, you will guide the IT support function in a cloud-first environment, ensuring colleagues are productive and well-supported. You’ll oversee the full employee IT lifecycle, maintain critical systems, and drive impactful improvements across the tech stack. You’ll balance hands-on problem solving with leading long‑term IT projects and mentoring teammates to become SMEs. • Provide proactive, friendly technical support to the entire team with clear communication
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure team members have the right equipment and knowledge
• Proactively suggest and implement IT improvements to enhance systems
• Prioritize tasks and balance daily support with long-term IT projects
• Continuously learn and develop technical skills
• Serve as a 3rd line support function and SME to the IT Service team
• Lead and mentor team members to develop into SMEs and address knowledge gaps
• Identify bottlenecks in ticket resolutions and streamline processes

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience
• Experience supporting both macOS and Windows in a business environment
• Strong troubleshooting and ownership of issues from reporting to resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a modern, cloud-first tech stack with exposure to SSO, MDM (Jamf, Intune), Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Networking, AV systems, cloud telephony, Zendesk Service Desk and Atlassian/JIRA
• Proactive, collaborative, autonomous working style
