Test Manager

Glasgow (12 month contract)

£500 p/d Outside IR35

Experienced Test Manager required to lead testing across a major business and technology transformation programme within a public centre organisation

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in test strategy, SIT, UAT, defect management, execution, and reporting .
• Proven delivery across large-scale technology and business change programmes .
• Experience supporting:
  • Migration of Case Management platforms from AIX to an x86 cloud-ready environment .
  • Java to OpenJDK migrations.
  • Migration of files from on-premises shared drives to SharePoint Hub Sites .
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot.
• Understanding of information governance, data migration, and digital workplace transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps , or similar tools.

Desirable: ISTQB certification and experience managing third-party testing suppliers.
