IT Training Lead: Shape Tech Learning & Adoption

Capsticks LLP is seeking an IT Training Lead to own and drive the firm’s IT training strategy across the organisation. You will define standards, design engaging materials and ensure effective delivery through internal and external providers, aligned with HR/L&D.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across divisions, build a strong training calendar, and promote a culture of continuous learning and practical technology adoption across firm offices.
