IT/Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding and operational experience across various IT domains, including but not limited to Intune, SharePoint, VPN client; MS Defender; BitLocker, O365/Teams admin console, SCCM, remote desktop solutions, Citrix, VPNs, workstation building, mobile environments (Android and iOS), Windows and MacOS support, meeting rooms technology , users or devices management in AD or Azure-AD, and ticketing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and application management.
• Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions to ensure effective collaboration.
• Monitor and manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, through the admin console.
• Utilize Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, patch management, and inventory tracking.
• Provide remote support to end-users using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Windows Remote Assistance, and Windows Remote Desktop.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Citrix technologies, including XenApp and XenDesktop, for virtualization and remote access solutions.
• Configure and maintain virtual private networks (VPNs) for secure remote access to corporate networks.
• Build and deploy workstations using SCCM with PXE Protocol or Intune enrollment process.
• Support Android and iOS devices in an enterprise environment, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for both Windows and MacOS environments, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Manage users and devices in Active Directory (AD) or Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user accounts, groups, and group policy objects (GPOs).
• Utilize ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, EasyVista, or Jira for incident management and service request fulfillment.
• Configure and manage virtual machines using VMWare and Microsoft Windows Server / AD.
• Maintain Azure AD, Microsoft SQL Cluster, Veeam Backup, LAN/WLAN, Proxies, and Firewalls.
• Provide support for virtualization, clustering, backup solutions, and network infrastructure as needed.
