Overview
In this role you will own the Change & Release Service for designated customers, ensuring timely, risk‑aware delivery across environments. You will work with cross‑functional teams to scope releases, track changes, and maintain policy adherence. You will communicate impact and performance to stakeholders and drive continuous service quality improvements. This position sits within a dynamic IT service delivery context and offers exposure to large customers and complex change programs.

- Define release scope with customers and align internal support for delivery
- Collect and monitor status of change requests and releases
- Register and obtain approvals for all Change Requests (RFCs)
- Maintain updated records in the Change and Release Management toolset
- Ensure adherence to change and release policies across environments
- Assess impacts and scheduling risks of changes to production environments
- Mediate scheduling conflicts and documentation gaps before implementation
- Coordinate with Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management for data accuracy
- Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation for Change & Release activities
- Distribute release schedules and pipelines within agreed timeframes
- Communicate changes to the business and produce performance reporting
- Prepare weekly change and release meeting minutes and standard reports
- 3+ years in IT environment or a completed technical degree
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with service management, customers, and internal providers
- Skills in IT Infrastructure Services and IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Experience analyzing and optimizing process flows
- Ability to present performance data
- Basic knowledge of common service management tools
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification or experience as a process manager
