ITIL Process Lead: Digital Services & Infrastructure

London Ambulance Service NHS Trust in London is seeking an ITIL Process Manager to lead the planning, design and implementation of the ITIL Framework across the Digital & Data Directorate and all areas where digital services are used.

The post holder will oversee the smooth functioning, performance and security of the Trust's digital services, applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with ITIL functions and process mandates.
