ITSM Engineer — Freshservice & Automation

Xcede is recruiting an ITSM Engineer to join a leading UK media and entertainment organisation on a 3-month hybrid contract across London, Leeds or Manchester. You will own the administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of a Freshservice ITSM/ESM environment.

Working closely with the ITSM Product Manager, you will design workflows, maintain the CMDB, build dashboards and reports, and help automate processes while ensuring platform stability and strong stakeholder collaboration.
