ITSM Lead — End-User Ops & Modernization (Remote)

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an ITSM Leader to oversee frontline end-user support, technology operations, and ITSM modernization across regional locations. Remote delivery with monthly on-site meetings in Red Deer, Alberta.

The role reports to IT Leadership and requires 5+ years of leadership in IT Service Desk/Operations, plus an ITIL v4 certification. Start August/September 2026 with standard M-F 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours.
