ITSM Transformation Business Analyst (Clearance)

Henderson Scott is recruiting for 3 Business Analysts to join an ITSM transformation for a central government client. A strong BA background in IT service environments and experience in ITSM transformation will be essential. Candidates must be able to engage with senior stakeholders and support commercial analysis.

The role requires active involvement in defining future-state ITSM processes and governance, with close collaboration across architecture, operations and service management teams.
