Java Analyst - Spait Infotech

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into application solutions.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE .
  • Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Work with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Review existing applications and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
  • Work with databases and write SQL queries as required.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
  • Support application deployments and production issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain application specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Spring / Spring Boot and REST APIs.
  • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases .
  • Knowledge of Java application development and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microservices architecture .
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as JUnit/Mockito.
