Citi seeks an experienced technology professional for a full-time Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst position. The role combines Java application development, L3 support, RESTful APIs, and enterprise application troubleshooting. You will support Citi applications, deliver enhancements, and explore AI-driven monitoring, predictive analytics, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write Java enhancements, bug fixes, and new application features
• Provide technical and business support for Citi application users
• Participate in development, testing, deployment, and release checkouts
• Integrate AI technologies into support workflows and monitoring
• Maintain technical support documentation and troubleshooting guides

Requirements:

• Nine to ten years of hands-on Java application development
• Strong Core Java, object-oriented programming, and Spring Boot expertise
• RESTful API, microservices, Oracle, MS SQL, and MongoDB experience
• Six to eight years of application support experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred
