Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot to design develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications within the JAVASPRING skill cluster family

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain high-quality enterprise grade applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks
• Design and implement microservices architectures to deliver scalable and robust business solutions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices including clean coding design patterns and automated testing
• Optimize application performance security and scalability across systems
• Participate in continuous integration and deployment activities to streamline software delivery pipelines

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and enhancement of microservices based applications using Java Spring Boot
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
• Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making
• Collaborate closely with product owners’ business analysts and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new technologies to enhance product capabilities
