Java Backend Developer - W2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The role requires hands-on experience in building distributed, event-driven systems, along with exposure to AWS, Kafka, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications
• Build and implement RESTful services using Spring Boot framework
• Develop scalable, resilient solutions using event-driven and distributed architectures
• Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka for asynchronous processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and code deployment processes
• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Required Skills (Primary)

• Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8+)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns
• Well verse with microservices architecture
• Working with SQL and No SQL databases.

Preferred Skills (Secondary)

• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) xhqgsiq
• Experience with Apache Kafka / messaging systems

Technical Competencies

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with event-driven and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
